These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pop Prints website at https://pop-prints.com (the “Site”) and any products or services sold by Pop Prints (“Pop Prints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order with Pop Prints, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Pop Prints Site

You agree to use the Pop Prints Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of Pop Prints systems.

2. Pop Prints Products and Orders

Pop Prints sells custom and made-to-order products. Product images are for illustration, and final color/appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.

Pop Prints reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on Pop Prints are shown in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. You authorize Pop Prints to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Customer Uploads and Content

If you upload photos, text, or other materials (“Customer Content”) to Pop Prints, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe third-party rights.
The content does not violate any laws or include unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or explicit material.

You grant Pop Prints a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Customer Content only to create, fulfill, and support your order, and to provide customer support related to that order.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Delivery estimates shown by Pop Prints are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside Pop Prints’ control.

Risk of loss transfers to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

All purchases are subject to the Pop Prints returns/refund policy at: https://pop-prints.com/pages/returns

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Pop Prints promptly with your order number and clear photos at admin@pop-prints.com.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Because many Pop Prints products are custom-made, cancellations or changes may only be possible before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

8. Pop Prints Intellectual Property

All content on the Pop Prints Site (including branding, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and design elements) is owned by or licensed to Pop Prints and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content without prior written permission from Pop Prints.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Pop Prints Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pop Prints disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Pop Prints products.

Pop Prints’ total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pop Prints, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Pop Prints Site.
