Can I request changes to my preview?
Yes. Changes to your preview are completely free, and you can request as many as you need before ordering. Review your updated portrait and only order when you’re happy.

What photo works best?
A clear phone photo is a great starting point. Choose good lighting and make sure your pet’s face and eyes are easy to see. Front-facing or slightly angled photos work well. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, or photos where important details are cropped out.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. You can upload a photo with more than one pet, as long as each pet is clearly visible.
Have separate photos? We can combine them into one portrait by special request. Contact us before ordering to arrange this.
Can I choose a framed print or canvas?
Yes. After reviewing your portrait, choose a paper print, framed print or canvas, then select the size that suits your space. You can check the available finishes and sizes before placing your order.
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Canvas prints include a hanging kit.
What paper and canvas do you use?
Paper prints: Premium 200 gsm matte paper with a smooth, non-glossy finish.
Canvas: A textured cotton-and-polyester blend on a slim 2 cm wooden frame, with a hanging kit included.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Production takes 1–2 business days. Shipping after production takes 2–5 business days.
